This beautiful wedding was crafted by some really talented, local vendors. Every detail was etched with beauty and elegance amongst a rustic venue. The day came together just as they had planned, and every moment was stunning!
Simona and Karl are two of the most incredible souls. Their love story is beautiful and their family and friends wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. And it was.
Simona and Karl did not keep all of the typical traditions. To ease her nerves, Simona opted to spend time with Karl before getting dressed. They each enjoyed a drink and relaxing with their friends before putting on their wedding clothes and taking time for a first look in the orchard. It was a really hot, sunny day. We did our best to let them back inside to cool off from the summer heat. But the moments that mattered, didn’t feel rushed. They took their time and greeted one another with smiles and a few jokes. Once she saw her Groom, Simona was calmer and much more relaxed.
The couple was married on the back patio overlooking the sprawling orchard and tree farm. They celebrated the joining of their two families with a sand ceremony. Each member of their family added different colored sand to create a beautiful art piece for them to display in their home.
The toasts were given by Simona’s best friend and Karl’s son. Each were different in their own way and each showcased their love for them. There was a little bit of humor and a few tears, but each toast was heartfelt and personal.
The entire party was full of energy and excitement. It was fun to watch Simona and her girls dance and laugh with each other. It was exactly the celebration they had wanted.
